This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Site or make a purchase. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
We only collect and use the minimum information necessary to provide our services (Custom Confections, Merchandise, AI short films, Ads, Music Videos, Visual and other digital services/products).

Information We Collect
We collect only what is required to fulfill orders and deliver service:
• Order Information (when you buy): Name, shipping address (only if USA shipping is selected), email address, phone number (optional), and payment details (processed securely by our third-party provider—we never see or store card numbers).
• Automatically Collected Data: Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and Site functionality. We do not use analytics tools, cookies for tracking, or any behavioral profiling.
• We do not collect: browsing history for marketing, location data beyond shipping, or any sensitive information.
If you simply browse (no purchase), we collect nothing identifiable.

Cookies & Media

You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some Site features (like the shop) may not work properly. We do not use parallax or plugin-related tools for data collection—only visual effects.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How We Share Your Information
• Our print-on-demand and fulfillment partner: When you place an order for merchandise, we share your name, shipping address, email, and order details with our partners so they can produce and ship the product. They act as our data processor/service provider and processes this data only on our instructions. They do not use it for their own marketing. Customers (you) should contact us directly with any questions about your data.
• Payment processors: Payment information goes directly to secure third-party processors (we never see or store card details).
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect rights/safety.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties for any other reason.
If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
We keep order information only as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle returns/warranties, and meet legal requirements (typically 1–7 years for tax records). After that, we delete or anonymize it.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except usernames cannot be changed).
Website administrators (T&H) can also see and edit that information.
