Our freeze-dried confections are, lovingly, handmade in small batches by our own fairy tale Turtle baker. T & H signature ice cream sandwich cookies are masterfully created alongside luscious cheesecakes, fruit & nut pies, and an ever-rotating lineup of decadent seasonal treats to inspire your taste-buds and add elegance to your cravings.
We use organic ingredients whenever possible (and that’s most of the time!), always prioritizing the highest-quality real food—no artificial shortcuts, ever. Every recipe is gluten-free by design, so everyone can indulge without compromise.
Once perfected, we freeze-dry our confections to a magical, crunchy, airy texture—intensifying flavors while removing moisture for lightweight, shelf-stable packages bursting with explosive taste. Pure, clean, and crave-worthy.
